Hi there - I´ve just joined this website. I am due my first baby in January and will be on maternity leave for at least 7 months. I´m not sure if my job are going to give me the option to job-share once I return to work but it´s something that I would really love to do as I work on the South side of Dublin and live in Swords. I cannot commute to the South side when I have a baby as I would never have time to spend with the baby.

I´m wondering if there are any other mothers/mothers to be in the same position. Anybody looking to job-share in office work (currently working as a legal secretary). Basically need to be able to get a good balance between work life and being a mammy.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
