Hi, does anyone have any comments on Colaiste Columba? Did extensive research and decided (with her consent) to send my daughter to Colaiste Chiarain. she´s 12, in 1st year and has poor Irish. I want somewhere with good standards of both education and supervision. A group of teenagers away from home for 3 weeks will make their own fun anyway. However, when we went last night to her friend´s house to complete the application the friend´s Mum said ´why aren´t you going to C Columba? Your sister had great fun there!´ I don´t have any recommendations on Columba but don´t want to be seen as a ´killjoy´. Any help would be much appreciated.
